Darren Starkey, 37, a law partner at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman LLP in East Meadow, remained in contact with the firm when he interned there in 2013 and was hired in 2016. “I stored in contact with my mentors,” he said, including his primary one, Howard Stein, dealing with accomplice inside the real estate group.

Starkey was operating as a judicial clerk in Pennsylvania after graduating from Touro Law Center in Central Islip. Upon transferring back to New York, they became employed at Certilman after attaining out to Stein.
