To address the shortage of pleasant coaching faculty in higher training institutions, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued clean recommendations for the recruitment of faculty in those institutions.
The UGC has set a time body of six months for the entire recruitment system for the colleges.
This includes the identity of vacancies, permission for filling vacancies, the release of advertisements, the charter of the choice committee, solving of dates of the selection committee conferences, and scrutiny of applications.

“All the colleges, faculties, and establishments, Deemed to be Universities, are requested that the enclosed pointers be adhered to in letter and spirit. You are asked to take steps to make certain the vacancies within the universities, in addition to the schools affiliated in your college, are stuffed at the earliest,” UGC Secretary Rajnish Jain wrote in a letter to the Vice Chancellors.
